No matter what we're working on for you, we always aim for maximum impact. We achieve this through a clear process with transparent costs and a well-defined schedule. This way, you know exactly what’s happening and when.
We believe in upfront honesty, with no hidden costs later. And while it might not sound very creative, we approach everything with German Pünktlichkeit. We believe a clear plan and adhering to it is key to a successful and creative partnership.

How we work (mostly)
Many roads lead to Rome, but this is the route we find most effective. And while we’re primarily describing our process for videos here, it applies to varying degrees to everything we do – whether it’s photography, a new house style, or a website. What's most important to us is that you're involved at every step of the process.
From logo to visual identity, from animation to a complete video, from photography to social content. We help where needed. Not because we want to do everything ourselves, but because we want to make sure it all fits together. And if something is better handled by someone from our collective, we'll arrange that too.

Creative Briefing
We start by getting to know you and your brand. We'll probably ask more questions than you expected, but there's a reason for that. We want to get to the bottom of the essence we need to convey, what you want to achieve, and the right tone of voice. Consider it the foundation of everything we're going to create.

Strategy & Concept
Once we know your story, we translate it into a concept. We determine the message, the form, and how best to tell your story. For example, we might develop a script that serves as the common thread for the video, create mock-ups for a new corporate identity, or outline the essence of the photoshoot.

Elaboration
Seeing is believing. That's why we convert the script into a storyboard with sketches. This shows, step by step, what the visual story will look like. We also create a style proposal, so you get a clear impression of the visual direction we're heading in.

Creation
Once the elaboration is approved, we get down to designing and illustrating in detail. For animated videos, every frame is meticulously crafted. Are we shooting a corporate video or are you engaging us for photography? Then this is the moment we visit you on location.

Realisation
Our favourite stage. This is where the story truly comes to life. We edit photos towards the final result and bring videos to life with animation and movement. We ensure everything is perfect in terms of timing, movement, and appearance.

Audio & Optimisation
Good video needs good audio. We combine the voice-over with a fitting soundtrack and sprinkle in some delightful sound effects. Are we working on a new corporate identity, photography, or a new website? Then this is the time for feedback and optimisations.

Delivery
And there it is, the final product. We deliver everything neatly in the agreed formats. Think subtitles, social versions, different languages, or other applications. Ready to make an impact.
Process
Efficiency as a middle name
Our goal is to minimise the burden on your organisation. For example, when we shoot a video, we often also capture photos for your (new) website or social media at the same time. This way, we get the most out of a single production day. Your visual identity is central, and we ensure everything we create is cohesive and mutually reinforcing. For us, working efficiently doesn't mean working faster, but smarter.
