The National Tree Standard

For Norminstituut Bomen, we created a video that accessibly explains what the Bomemnorm is – and why it plays an indispensable role in the professional management of trees in the Netherlands. The Bomennorm is an objective calculation method for determining the value of a tree. It considers not only physical characteristics, but also ecological, spatial, and social significance.

In our production, we combine drone footage with animation and a clear voice-over to illustrate the application of the standard. This brings both theory and practice to life in a way that resonates with various target audiences within the field.
